Welcome to perryhordyk.com. By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the website www.perryhordyk.com and to all orders and agreements regarding the sale of art and custom-made products through this website.
2. Products and Custom Work
The artworks offered on this website are handmade and created on request. Each piece is unique and may contain slight variations compared to photos or samples. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made product.
3. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Under Article 10 of Dutch distance selling regulations, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made products. Therefore, the following applies:
- Returns are not accepted, unless the product is delivered damaged or defective.
- In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@perryhordyk.com, including clear photos of the damage.
- After evaluation, you will receive instructions for return or replacement.
4. Liability
We take great care in safely packaging and shipping the artworks. Perry Hordyk is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Damage occurring during transport is covered under the return policy (see section 3).
5. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, texts, images, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and are the property of Perry Hordyk, unless stated otherwise. Nothing may be copied, stored, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made using the available payment methods on the website. Orders will only go into production after full payment is received.
7. Delivery Times
Because the products are handmade, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are listed on the product pages. No rights can be derived from these indicative timeframes.
8. Changes
Perry Hordyk reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on the website. Customers will be informed by email in case of significant changes (if applicable).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
