Terms and Conditions

– If you are considering getting more tattoos, please send one request. If you have multiple ideas, try to describe your concept as accurately as possible.

– If you want to get matching tattoos with a friend or family member, please send one request.

– If you and a friend or family member want tattoos together, but not matching ones, please send separate requests.

– We always try to respond within 14 days with an estimated price range.

– Please note that we may not accept your tattoo request. However, even if we do not schedule an appointment, you will still receive a reply.

– Always check your spam folder!

– Your request is non-binding. After receiving our response, you can still decide whether or not to book.

– To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of €100–300 is required.

– You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment with instructions on how to pay the deposit.

– The deposit must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email. Otherwise, your booking will be automatically canceled.

– If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. Your deposit will then remain valid.

– We choose you based on your idea and placement. So please let us know if you’re considering any changes — there’s a chance we may no longer proceed with the tattoo.

– The design will be ready on the day of your appointment and will not be sent by email beforehand. If needed, there will be enough time during your appointment to make minor adjustments to the design.

– If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the remaining tattoo cost.
